All the fun of the fair

Uncle Christmas? Pictured left is Father Christmas, aka Andy Sutton, with his new niece Lois. Both were among the stars at the St Chad's Christmas Fair!

The Fair was a happy occasion on a sunny afternoon. The Rector at St Chad's, Tim Stratford, said, 'These occasions are more about having some fun together than fund-raising. Thanks to all who made this such a good day.'

Sunch has been the generosity of local people that there are a great many bits and pieces left. An attic sale is planned for the spring.

Pictured below are Pat White and Olive Porter whose work will be gracing many a dining table on Christmas day, alongside Pat Johnson surrounded by goodies.
