Concert

The Oriel Singers and the Mossley Hill Choir combined for the first time to bring a concert to St Chad's in June 2004. The church tries to bring some colour to the life of Kirkby and make a contribution to the town's cultural life. In the last year this has included the King's Regiment Band at Christmas time and Mal Price singing music from Lennon and McCartney.

The Oriel Singers and Mossley Hill Choir programme included some light summer music at first then the whole of Faure's Requiem after an interval and buffet.
